Sam is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. He was appointed to the main Board in 2024 and provides leadership to the Group’s highly active acquisitions programme.
Sam has 15 years of financial services experience, including the last 10 years as an M&A advisor. He joined Perspective from Houlihan Lokey where he worked on a number of transactions in the UK wealth management sector, which included advising the shareholders of Perspective on their transaction with Charlesbank Capital Partners. He is also a chartered accountant, having started his career at EY.
