Russell joined Perspective in May 2026. He has 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry including roles in mortgage advice, compliance and quality assurance before becoming a Financial Advisor eight years ago.
Russell is a Chartered Financial Adviser with a strong focus on pensions and supporting clients as they move towards retirement.
Russell is driven to achieve outcomes that are clear, suitable and aligned with each client’s goals. He enjoys building relationships and ensuring his clients feel confident and well-positioned for the future.
Outside of work, Russell is kept busy by his family and his young son. He also enjoys playing tennis and taking part in the occasional parkrun. An interesting fact about him is that his father was a professional footballer. One of the top items on his bucket list is to complete the Three Peaks Challenge.
