Office:

Nantwich

Richard began his career in Financial Services in September 2001 when he joined Lyon Griffiths as an administrative assistant. Over more than two decades, he progressed through the roles of paraplanner and Chartered Financial Planner, building deep expertise and long‑standing relationships with clients. Following the firm’s acquisition by Wealth Experts in 2023 and later by Perspective in 2025, Richard continues to bring his extensive experience and client‑focused approach to the team.

With over 24 years in the industry, Richard has supported clients through every stage of their financial journeys. His role centres on meeting with individuals and families to understand their needs, before developing, implementing and maintaining tailored financial plans that help them achieve their goals. The aspect he enjoys most is the client interaction itself—building trust, offering clarity, and helping people feel confident about their financial future.

Now approaching the later stages of his career, Richard is gradually winding down towards retirement, but remains committed to delivering the same high standard of service he has offered throughout his time in the profession.

Outside of work, Richard is an active member of his local community. He follows Nantwich Town FC both home and away, enjoys long walks with his greyhound, and regularly attends Nantwich Film Club. He also volunteers as Treasurer for the South West Cheshire District Scouts. When he’s not busy with these pursuits, he’s happy to unwind with two of his simple pleasures: crisps and a good beer.
