Hollie, Director of Perspective (Gould Financial Planning) Ltd, formally known as Gould Financial Planning, joined the Group in March 2023. It was important to Gould to provide a long term sustainable future for their clients and staff. We shared their client-centric culture and offered exciting opportunities for their clients and staff alike.
Hollie has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, as her first full-time job she joined Gould Financial Planning as an administrator. Hollie worked her way up through the business to a technical paraplanner before being appointed to a senior management role of Director in January 2019.
Hollie’s role entails managing the effective running of the firm, ensuring that the client service is first class by overseeing both the output from the firm and creating an environment for their team to develop into experienced administrators and paraplanners. Dealing with the internal matters associated with running an office effectively, frees up the financial planners’ time so they can concentrate on what matters most, their clients.
