David is Chief Financial Officer of Perspective Financial Group Ltd, having being appointed to the main Board in 2013. He plays a key role in driving the Group’s successful acquisitions strategy, and has handled over 50 acquisitions to date.
Prior to joining Perspective in 2008, David trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, where he also gained significant Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
David is Company Secretary and also sits on a number of the subsidiary Boards.
