Adam joined the group in January 2026.

With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Adam began his career in retail banking as a Cashier and progressed through multiple roles including Mortgage Advisor and Branch Manager, before moving into Financial Advice. This diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of clients’ financial needs throughout different stages of life.

Adam has recently achieved his Long‑Term Care qualification, and his commitment to continued learning ensures his advice remains comprehensive, informed, and fully up to date.

In his role at Perspective, Adam focuses on providing bespoke financial advice tailored to each client’s individual situation. He takes time to listen and understand what really matters to them, helping them plan for their future with confidence. Adam is passionate about ensuring everyone has access to high-quality financial advice that genuinely makes a difference.

What Adam enjoys most about his role is meeting people and building lasting relationships. He finds great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals and watching their long-term plans come to life.

When working with clients, Adam begins by understanding their goals and priorities before developing personalised strategies to help them achieve their objectives. He continues to support them over time, ensuring they remain on track for financial success.

Outside of work, Adam is a keen gym goer and has impressively completed three marathons. He enjoys reading murder mystery books and has even written his own dinner party games. A creative at heart, Adam also runs a YouTube channel where he vlogs his travels, sharing his experiences and adventures with a wider audience.
