Paul joined Perspective in November 2025.
With 26 years of experience in financial services, Paul has spent the majority of his career working closely with accountants and their clients, providing holistic financial planning. As the former Managing Director of Wealth Experts for 17 years, he brings a wealth of leadership and advisory expertise to the team.
A Chartered Financial Planner since 2008 and one of the youngest in the country to achieve this at the time, Paul is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Supporting team development and watching colleagues grow in their careers is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work.
Outside of work, Paul is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys football, running, walking, skiing, and following a wide range of sports.
