Here the emphasis had been on developing relationships and supporting clients with their growth strategies or succession planning, which is certainly something that has been transferrable to her role at Perspective.
As M&A Coordinator, Caroline’s role in the M&A team focuses predominately on client integration, ensuring a seamless transition for our vendors and their clients. Problem solving is key to the role and Caroline enjoys finding the best solution to each challenge she faces.
Away from the office she likes cooking, visiting new places and listening to live music.
